APCA Legislative Policy and Planning Town Hall Meeting to Determine the Future of 18x18 and APCA to be Held Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern at the Gaylord Palms Resort

Who: ADA Members and APCA Donors
What: APCA Legislative Policy and Planning Town Hall Meeting
When: Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.—7:30 p.m. Eastern Time
Where: The Gaylord Palms Resort, Orlando, Florida in conjunction with the AuDacity Conference
Why: To discuss opportunities for passage of APCA in the current Congress and to determine the future of the 18x18 movement

As we near the end of 2018, it is time for our community to determine whether to carry the 18x18 movement forward into 2019 and beyond, if APCA does not pass in this Congress. Your input is critical! ADA is committed to executing the will of its members and those who have sacrificed their time, talent, and treasure to advance the Audiology Patient Choice Act.

During this closed Town Hall session, ADA leaders, lobbyists, and experts will discuss proprietary and confidential information related to strategies to advance the Audiology Patient Choice Act in the current Congress. They will also provide insight into the upcoming elections and provide candid feedback on the potential implications for APCA, under different election outcome scenarios, which will shape the Congressional landscape in 2019.

Town Hall attendees will have a voice and a vote in deciding the future and direction of the 18x18 movement. During this important session, attendees will determine whether ADA should continue to pursue the Audiology Patient Choice Act as its primary policy initiative in 2019 and beyond.
